Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Exchanges, and returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of order date.

When we receive and inspect the items please allow up to 30 days for our refund department to apply your monies.

Please note that the outbound or inbound shipping fees will not be refunded. A copy of the receipt of purchase must be enclosed with any returns or exchanges. Original labels must not be removed from clothing. Clothing cannot be returned if washed or worn. Clothing must not be soiled, stained or have holes. Any opened and partially used products are not returnable or exchangeable.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a product is used or worn (Especially Underwear)...It is NOT exchangeable or returnable.

FUNDS REQUIRED FOR EXCHANGES: There are additional funds required for exchanged items ie for size or color; For continental US orders please add required funds (checks are fine made out to Kleinert's) to cover the return shipping costs ie orders under $30.00 is $6.95, orders from $30.01 to $49.99 are $8.50, orders from $50.00 to $99.99 are $11.50 and orders from $100.00 to $150.00 are $14.50. This will cover our out-of-pocket charges and USPS fee.

Please send a note outlining your items (style #'s) you want shipped along with its size and color plus send your check payable to Kleinert's along with the returned merchandise to be refunded or exchanged to:

Pack your return in the original package if possible.

Packages must be prepaid; we can not accept COD deliveries. We do not refund shipping fees.
